Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any product or service. Trading foreign exchange, futures, CFDs, and other leveraged instruments carries a **high level of risk**, and the majority of retail traders lose money. Prop firm challenges, evaluations, and funded accounts can be lost entirely if their rules are breached. You should never risk money you cannot afford to lose, and you should consider seeking advice from an independent, licensed financial advisor before making any trading-related purchase. ## Information accuracy and timeliness Prop firm pricing, discount codes, profit targets, drawdown rules, payout policies, and terms of service change frequently — sometimes without notice. While we verify deals regularly (see the “Last checked” dates on firm pages), we make **no warranty** that any information on this site is accurate, complete, or current at the moment you read it. **Always confirm the final price, discount, and full terms on the prop firm’s official website before purchasing.** The firm’s own checkout page and terms of service are the binding source of truth, not this site. ## No guarantee of results Pass rates, payout figures, account sizes, and any performance-related information mentioned on this site are illustrative and not a guarantee of your own results. Past performance of any trader, strategy, or firm does not indicate future outcomes. ## Independent site — no affiliation implied PropFirmArchive is an independent archive. Unless a page explicitly states that we are an affiliate partner of a firm, we are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any proprietary trading firm mentioned here. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. ## Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropFirmArchive and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any deal, code, or firm listed on it — including losses from purchasing a challenge, a discount failing to apply, or a firm changing or ceasing its services. ## Third-party links This site contains links to external websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Review each firm’s own policies before sharing personal information or making a payment. ## Age requirement This site is intended for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction.
